Account Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and your control over your data. Use this page to request deletion of your MomsBuddy account and associated information.
Request to Delete Your Account
If you would like to delete your MomsBuddy account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@momsbuddy.co.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the registered email ID used in the MomsBuddy app.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete the following data:
- User account information
- Child profiles and activity records
- Notes, reminders, and tracking data
- App usage data linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required:
- Transaction records, if applicable, for legal or compliance purposes
- Security logs for fraud prevention and system protection
Deletion Timeline
Account and data deletion will be completed within 7-15 business days after verification of your request.
