1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using MomsBuddy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About MomsBuddy

MomsBuddy helps parents organize children's activities, reminders, fees, teachers, and learning content. The service is intended for personal family organization and parenting support.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use MomsBuddy for unlawful purposes.

4. Trial and Subscriptions

MomsBuddy may offer a free trial for eligible users. Paid plans, pricing, and duration are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are activated after successful payment verification.

• Trial availability may be limited to one trial per parent account.
• Paid subscription access lasts for the plan duration shown at checkout.
• When a trial or paid plan expires, access to premium features may be restricted until a new plan is started or purchased.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. MomsBuddy does not store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Payment failures, bank declines, or provider issues may prevent subscription activation.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by MomsBuddy support. If you believe a payment was made in error or your subscription was not activated after payment, contact support with your account email and payment reference.

7. Learning Content

Learning content is provided for general parenting support and education. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You should use your judgment and consult qualified professionals for specific concerns.

8. User Data

You retain responsibility for information you add to MomsBuddy, including child profiles, activities, reminders, fees, teachers, notes, and optional recordings. Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep MomsBuddy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomsBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MomsBuddy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
